Online Shipping & Returns

Avenue Five Jewelry takes great care to ensure all items purchased online are carefully packaged and shipped to arrive exactly as you anticipate. Please feel free to contact us if there is any additional service you may require.

Shipping

All online jewelry purchased will be shipped USPS. Jewelry purchased under $500.00 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) for an additional charge of $12.00. Jewelry purchased over $500.00 will be shipped USPS Express Mail (overnight) for an additional charge of $30.00.

Online orders placed before 2 p.m. PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Online orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Holidays excluded.

Avenue Five does not ship to PO Boxes.

Signature Required for Delivery. Avenue Five Jewelry requires an adult signature for all jewelry deliveries.

No Sales Tax.

All purchases made online include gift wrapping.

Returns

If you would like to return an item you have purchased online you must do so within 10 days of receipt. Any jewelry item must be in excellent condition. Included must be all original packaging and a copy of the invoice. All return shipping must be prepaid. We will then credit your account minus the original shipping charges.
